ASSEMBLY ELIGIBLITY

Per the constitution, only the following credential holders are eligible to be delegate to the General Assembly from the Jurisdiction:

        - Jurisdictional Bishop                                      - Wife of the Jurisdictional Prelate
        - Jurisdictional Supervisor                               - Founding 1st Lady
        - Jurisdictional Secretary                                 - Four (4) District Missionaries
        - All Eligible Pastors & Elders                          - Six (6) Lay Delegates

Please note that eligible delegates from the classification of District Missionary and Lay Delegates will be duly elected and certified as Elected Delegates during the Jurisdictional Assembly.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY & QUADRENNIAL ELECTION REGISTRATION

All Eligible Delegates of Tennessee Eastern Second Jurisdiction will be able to log into your ARC account and register for the General Assembly. Eligible Payment of $22.50 by credit or debit card is required.

To register please follow these instructions:

1. Log onto COGIC ARC at www.cogicarc.com
2. Access your ARC account using the email listed on your account and password you established. If you cannot access your ARC account, DO NOT attempt to establish a new account. Contact the Jurisdictional Secretary for an email or password reset.
3. Click on the purple “General Assembly” icon.
4. Click on the “GA Payment and Registration” icon.
5. Enter all of the information requested and submit your payment.
6. Click “Return to General Assembly Delegate Information” to see your Certificate of Election. Print the certificate if you will be attending in-person.
7. If attending virtually:
   a.     The day before the General Assembly, you will receive an Access Code                            Email.
   b.    The Access Code is exclusive to each delegate and SHOULD NOT BE
   SHARED.
8. On that Monday, the General Assembly will convene 8a.m. – 8p.m.
9. If attending in-person
   a.    Pick up your General Assembly Badge Renasant Convent Center – Lower
   Level Room 112
   b.    Bring your:
   1. Blue and Gold National Credential Card
   2. Certificate of Election
   c.    You will receive:
   1. General Assembly Badge
   2. Handheld Voting Device
   3. Programmed Smart Card
   4. In-person Delegate Election Support Guide
